Being immersed in a creative element while working as a team it is important to realize that we are all on the same boat. We all have different skill sets which we must apply to the group effort to accomplish the goal of building a new language input platform for streamlining the process. We should keep in mind we all think differently and we all need to stay focused and yet still collaborate with positive forward momentum and keep personal conflicts outside of the creative zone. This allows synergy to move the project forward at break neck speed while reducing errors sneaking through the design phase.
