TO Scrum or not to scrum?....

Often times in software development it is recommended

to use the agile method, however we at Quantumeering don't do things like everyone else. We are implementing our wisdom of many years of combined experience from new interns to highly seasoned engineers working together in informal meetings which are not as constrained with scrum masters and too many roadblocks to free discussion and this allows for a very open atmosphere to hear good ideas without frustration interfering in the creative process. At Quantumeering we anticipate great discussions in the spirit of discovery.
